Ozolaine Cultural Center
The beginning of the Ozolaine People's House is considered to be 28 October 1933, when the rebuilt grain barn of the former Carnikava Manor of Ernst von Mengden was consecrated as the House of the Carnikava Charitable Society. Since then, this building has always been a place for active locals to meet.
The building is filled with singing, dancing and other arts when the large and diverse number of amateur collectives, like one large family, gather in the cozy spaces of Ozolaine every evening. On holidays every resident or guest of Carnikava is welcome to rest and learn something new during events.
